History
A woman asked Carol if she’d prayer about creating a “seer” oil. The Lord frequently gave her visions for people while she was in prayer. This oil is a tangible agreement for that anointing to flow.
Meaning
The Hebrew word for seer is ra’ah (H7200). Some of its meanings are to perceive, have a vision, and observe. This word is more than just about “glancing” at something. This is a seeing that has depth and insight – revelation. “Seeing” is a type of prophetic revelation and a “Seer” is one who functions in that gifting.
